My experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool

I would not recommend Johnsons SEAT Liverpool because my initial visit the sales team were great, very helpful and polite. There were a few issues with the car which was discussed and we arranged collection date. Car pick up was great also until a few days after there was issues with the car. I contacted the team and arranged for the car to be booked in and the issues fixed, I left the car for 2.5 days with them to make sure there was enough time for them to investigate and fix. The sales team were brilliant and arranged a last minute courtesy car for me to get home and to work. I explained the car issues clearly to the service team. Within 5 hours I received a message it was all fixed, I called the dealer and spoke with the service team manager, I questioned the repair time and he assured me all was complete and no issues were remaining. I collected my car and brought the sales team over as I could see the issues were not complete. I discussed with the team that I was taking the car to an independent to get this assessed, I could not leave the car again with them for another week, they were happy and told me to let them know and that agreed that this should have been fixed. I got the car inspected and it was found to have serious issue that would go on to further issues if not fixed. I contacted the dealership and I heard no reply. I booked my car into another garage closer to me to get the the breaks fixed, all repairs were done correctly but cost me money that I should not have needed to spend if this car was made right on the first 2 occasions. I have since emailed a couple of time explaining what I had to get fixed and if they could give me the escalation details but have heard nothing at all. I feel I have been let down greatly after spending a large amount of money on this car expecting to drive away with a safe and reliable car. IRS a shame something so minor that they could have fixed has let their customer service and after sales down so badly.

I'd recommend Johnsons SEAT Liverpool because service was good. Always kept in contact with me before and during the service was completed. The early check in provided a quick and easy process on the day and the service was completed very fast, and was a great idea recieving the video walk round from the maintenance team. Staff on site very pleasant.

My experience at Johnsons SEAT Liverpool could have been better because on returning to pick up the car I was made to wait 35 minutes. The single adviser was busy with other customers. Not his fault but there should be more than one adviser. Not great.
